Our Mission
Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church is the heart of the Catholic Community in Monroe County, Tennessee.  As the only parish in our county, we believe we have been called together by our Lord Jesus Christ to support and strengthen our growing parish family and to reach out to the larger community with love, hospitality, openness, and joy.  We are committed, along with the Universal Church, to share our faith, serve those in need, and grow in Christ.

Parish Happenings

Thursday Rosary

Please join us on Thursdays at 7 PM at the Grotto for the Rosary.

Renewal of Wedding Vows

As part of its Building the Domestic Church initiative, our Knights of Columbus council will be sponsoring a renewal of wedding vows at all masses on June 16th and 17th (Father's Day weekend).  All married couples of the parish are invited to participate.

Active Shooter Seminar

Our Knights council will also sponsor an Active Shooter seminar in our parish hall on Thursday, June 21st at 7 PM.  The presentation will review recent shooting events at schools, churches, etc., and offer proven steps that may be taken to avoid becoming a victim.  An interesting session for all concerned citizens!  Light refreshments will be served.
